Starter, Growth, Professional or Enterprise: choosing a FieldElite plan by how your team works
The right FieldElite plan is not the cheapest one. It is the one that matches how your team actually works: how many people dispatch, how much field work you run, what proof your customers expect and what you need to integrate.
Here is the plain-English version of the four plans, followed by the questions that usually decide it.
Starter — the office in your pocket
€59 per month for one user, or €599 per year with two months free. Starter includes job scheduling, customer records, quotes and invoices, the mobile app, checklists, the customer portal, scanning and preventive maintenance, with email support.
It fits a solo trader or a one-person operation that needs to stop running the business from a phone, a notebook and a folder of invoices. It is also a useful way to prove the field workflow before adding the office team.
Choose Starter if: one person owns the work, the customer base is manageable and the priority is getting jobs, quotes and invoices into one place.
Growth — for a small team
€169 per month with five seats included, or €1,699 per year. Extra seats are €22 per seat per month (or €220 per seat per year). Growth keeps everything in Starter and adds more users, route optimisation, payment processing, customer notifications, routing, forms, operational messaging, notification preferences and AI assistance.
It fits a team of roughly three to fifteen technicians where the office is starting to coordinate rather than just record. Forms and customer notifications are the usual reasons to move up.
Choose Growth if: several people need access, you send forms to customers, you want online payments and you need the office and field to communicate in the same place.
Professional — per technician, with the operations toolkit
€45 per technician per month, with three office seats free and €15 per month for each additional office seat. Annual billing is €450 per technician per year, with additional office seats at €150 per year.
Professional includes everything in Growth plus inventory and parts, API access, branded documents, priority support, multi-location, the live map, the dispatch board, job offers, crews, SLA tracking, case management, the workflow engine and designer, IoT, fleet, expenses, inventory and webhooks.
It fits businesses where dispatch is a real job, compliance evidence matters and the office needs a live view of the field. It is the plan behind most of the demo scenarios in this series: Acme's multi-site facilities work, Northwind's cold-chain SLA response, BrightSpark's compliance defects, Meridian's recurring inspections and the safety case workflow.
Choose Professional if: you have dispatchers, multiple sites, SLAs, safety cases, stock, a fleet or an integration requirement. The extra cost is usually justified by one avoided missed SLA or one recovered variation.
Enterprise — for procurement-led operations
Enterprise is quoted rather than purchased online. It includes everything in Professional plus SSO (configured as a custom integration during onboarding), a dedicated account manager, a service-level agreement, data migration, custom integrations, PO and invoice billing, broadcasts, voice conferencing, direct conversations, geofence arrival, weather and customer tracking links.
It fits larger teams, multi-entity groups and organisations that need procurement, security review or a migration plan before they can buy.
Choose Enterprise if: you need PO or invoice billing, SSO, customer tracking links, a named contact or a managed migration.
The questions that decide it
- Who dispatches? If one person dispatches from memory, Starter or Growth may be enough. If dispatch is a daily coordination job, Professional is usually the right conversation.
- What proof do customers expect? Portal access, checklists and photos start on Starter. Forms, branded documents, SLA tracking and safety cases move you up.
- What must integrate? API access and webhooks start on Professional. Custom integrations and SSO are Enterprise work.
- How many sites? Multi-location is a Professional feature. If every job is at one address, that is less important.
- How do you want to pay? Self-serve plans are monthly or annual, with a 30-day trial. Enterprise supports PO and invoice billing.
A practical way to choose
Start with the workflow, not the price list. Pick the one contract or service line that causes the most chasing. Run it for 30 days on the trial. Measure the time spent on status calls, quote follow-up and invoice queries. Then decide whether the next feature is worth the next tier.
If you are unsure, the demo scenarios are a good test. Match your business to the closest story:
- Multi-site facilities with PPM and tenant evidence → Professional
- Cold chain, IoT and SLA response → Professional
- Electrical compliance and remedial quotes → Professional
- Property maintenance with tenant communication → Growth, or Enterprise for tracking links
- Fire and security inspections → Professional
- Safety cases and work holds → Professional or Enterprise
Every self-serve plan includes a 30-day trial. Prices are in EUR, and VAT is handled at checkout based on your validated VAT ID. Annual billing saves two months on Starter and Growth.
Compare the plans in detail, or start a 30-day trial and see how the workflow fits before you commit.
