Every self-serve plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You do not need a card to start. We ask for payment details near the end of the trial so your account keeps running without interruption.
We remind you on day 14, 21 and 28. If no card is added, the account becomes read-only on day 30 — you can still sign in, view and export your data, but you cannot create new jobs until you add a card. Nothing is deleted.
Annual billing is roughly 15% cheaper, which works out at about two months free. You can choose either at checkout and switch later.
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account becomes read-only. You can export your data whenever you like.
Yes. Enterprise customers can pay by purchase order on Net 30 terms, monthly or annually. Use the Talk to sales form and we will set up an invoiced subscription for you.
Always. Export customers, jobs, invoices and reports as CSV from the dashboard. If you need a full copy during a migration, ask support and we will provide it.
